What are the PMP eligibility requirements?

You need a 4-year degree with 36 months of project management experience and 35 hours of PM education, OR a high school diploma with 60 months of PM experience and 35 hours of PM education.

How is the PMP exam structured?

The PMP exam has 180 questions (including 5 unscored pretest questions). It's divided into 3 sections with a 10-minute break after the second section. Questions include multiple choice, multiple response, matching, hotspot, and limited fill-in-the-blank.

How long is PMP certification valid?

PMP certification is valid for 3 years. To maintain it, you must earn 60 Professional Development Units (PDUs) every 3 years through continuing education and professional activities.
