THE QUALITY OF THE EXPLANATION MATTERS

A higher bar for study content.

Questions should be original, useful, current and defensible. Good feedback explains the reasoning, not just the answer letter.

Originality and scope

We do not copy or reconstruct confidential exam questions. Each item identifies its scope, blueprint version, domain, supporting source and learning objective. Current RN and PN material stays distinct; obsolete LSAT Logic Games and retired PMP weights do not enter current assessments.

Reviewer approval

All starter items are pilots. Production approval requires a qualified reviewer to verify the key, calculations, distractors, source mapping, fairness and accessibility. Nursing material additionally requires clinical-safety review. No reviewer credentials or approval date are invented.

Corrections and historical results

Learners can flag unclear or incorrect questions. Admin review can correct, retire or publish content with an audit trail. A saved attempt retains its versioned question and scoring snapshot rather than silently changing a prior report.
